H Young Structures Ltd's operational philosophy is to pursue a continuing product quality and service within the Company and to its clients, in order to maintain and improve their market position.

A Quality Assurance Programme is maintained, consisting of Quality Systems, Procedures, Work Instructions, and related documents, for the control of activities in sales, design, purchasing, contract control, manufacture, inspection, testing, handling, storage, delivery and erection.

The implementation of the system reflects the Company’s commitment to ensure the specified requirements of the client are fulfilled, and the Company’s position and good name are protected at all times.

Training records are maintained, to record the qualifications, experience and training of Company personnel, to ensure there is sufficient expertise within the Company and personnel are trained to work safely.
