H. Young Structures operational philosophy is to pursue a continuing product quality and service within the Company and to its clients, in order to maintain and improve their market position.

A Quality Assurance Programme is maintained in accordance with ISO9001 and UKCA EXC 1-4.

This consists of Quality Systems, Procedures, Work Instructions, and related documents for the control of activities in estimating, design, detailing, purchasing, contract control, manufacture, inspection, testing, handling, storage, delivery and erection.

The implementation of the quality system reflects the Company’s commitment to ensure the specified requirements of the client are fulfilled, and the Company’s position and good name are protected at all times.

Training matrices are maintained, to record the qualifications, experience and training of our personnel, to ensure there is sufficient expertise and personnel are trained to work safely.
